Shape the Future of Faith-Based Architecture: A Path to Ownership
If you have a decade or more of professional experience, confidently lead projects, manage clients, and consistently deliver exceptional work, this could be your next definitive career move.
Our Firm is a well-established, highly respected firm located in a vibrant, highly desired South Florida coastal community. While deeply rooted locally, we possess a national reach and a profound impact within the faith-based and church design market.
We are not seeking just any architect. We are looking for a visionary professional who is ready to lead with a genuine desire for future ownership—someone who wants their work to mean something, creating a lasting legacy of value for the communities and clients we serve.
If you are ready to transition from leading projects to owning your future, this opportunity could be for you.
What We’re Looking For
Credentials: Active Registered Architect license (Florida registration or immediate reciprocity eligibility required); NCARB certification is highly preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive architectural experience, with a proven track record of leadership.
Versatility: Demonstrated design and management experience across multiple project types—we value architectural adaptability and diverse expertise over rigid specialization.
Full Lifecycle Mastery: Strong, hands-on command of all project phases, including Programming, SD, DD, CDs, Bidding, and Construction Administration (CA).
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in (3D Modeling) or ArchiCAD. Hands-on experience with Revit, Rhino, D5 Render, or comparable 3D visualization software is a strong plus.
Communication & Presence: Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal skills; total comfort collaborating with owners, contractors, consultants, and municipal officials.
Specialized Knowledge (Plus): Experience with Church Projects, Non-Profit, and auditorium design is an asset. Those with a ministry background and the ability to speak to Pastors and Pastoral staff with ease will be considered first.
