Responsibilities
Design multi-family housing and mixed-use projects.
Participate in all phases: concept, documentation, and contract administration.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
Mentor junior staff to support technical and design growth.

Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture.
6-10 years of experience in multi-family housing.
Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Strong knowledge of codes, materials, and building systems.
Familiarity with project management processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Licensure preferred.
Experience with K–12 or public sector projects is a plus.
