Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Oxford studio. This is a senior role for a technically adept, design-minded professional who can lead projects from concept through construction while mentoring a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects through all design and construction phases
- Lead coordination between consultants, clients, and contractors
- Oversee and mentor design staff in Revit production and detailing, drawing standards and construction documents
- Produce 3-D renderings using Revit, Enscape, Sketchup, and other software
- Conduct site observation and maintain quality control
- Contribute to studio culture and design dialogue

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience with proven project management ability
- Strong design sensibility and technical skill
- Strong interpersonal skills in mentoring team members and leading studio teams
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Licensure preferred (or NCARB reciprocal eligibility)
- Commitment to in-person collaboration on-site in Oxford studio
