We are a collaborative firm focused exclusively on zero energy and zero energy-ready buildings using Passive House principles. Our firm is one where staff members work on several projects, in various phases of development, at any given time. As a project manager, you will have responsibility for projects from concept design through construction administration, including client meetings and site visits. You will be responsible for all aspects of projects and be expected to manage the scope and timeline independently, while anticipating next steps. You will also contribute to the energy modelling and analysis of your projects. In addition to managing design projects, you may also lead presentations for marketing and community outreach. This position offers the opportunity for growth in skills necessary to deliver excellent design at the highest levels of energy performance.

A degree in architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
0-3 years architectural office experience, preferably in residential design
Substantive evidence of commitment to high performance building design
Professional Revit experience, particularly in Construction Document production
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills in Photoshop, SketchUp, and other 3-D modeling software
Phius or PHI CPHC or plan to complete training for certification
WUFI or other building energy simulation software experience is a bonus
