Under the direction of the Allegheny County Department of Facilities Management Deputy Director, this position is for an Architectural Project Manager. This position is responsible for meeting with end users and developing the scope of work for design projects, reviewing and approving architectural documents, management design projects undertaken by consultants to Allegheny County and managing construction administrations. Work is performed under general direction and guidance and in accordance with sound construction management practices and procedures as established by Allegheny County.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution plus a minimum of five years' experience in architectural design and project management.
