OVERVIEW The Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA), in association with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS), and the Slipstream Group, Inc. (SGI), is seeking qualified individuals or organizations to serve as Wisconsin Energy Code Consultants (Consultant).
