Responsibilities will include: Design Development & Technical Documentation Supporting the Principal LA with design development for custom residential projects. Preparing clear, accurate site and landscape construction documents, details, diagrams, and presentation graphics using CAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software. Assisting in preparing planting plans, hardscape details, detailed grading and drainage plans, and material palettes reflective of design intent. Preparing submittal packages for permitting and architectural review Site Analysis & Research Conduct site visits
