The Senior Technical Architect objective is to act as a technical architect that works closely with the
project team to act as a resource for construction document technical assistance and review, provide
initial code research and review and assist in project design for mostly high end residential projects.
This role requires knowledge of the most current building codes, construction detailing and overall
drawing coordination. In addition, a complete understanding of the design and building process is
necessary.

Responsibilities:
Building and Zoning Code Research
Technical Detailing
Coordination and Final Drawing Review
Plan and Design Review

Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years’ experience with at least 5 years acting in this capacity
Architectural license or equivalent years of experience
High End Residential experience
On Site project management experience
Proficient in Auto CAD
Ability to work in the United States
Excellent presentation skills/use of the English language
