Peter Marino Architect is an award-winning international architecture firm based in New York City, well known for its prestigious design projects. PMA is a 150-person firm with a satellite office in Philadelphia.

We are currently seeking Senior Architectural Designers to join our Manhattan office immediately, with a focus on residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing innovative structures and possess extensive research skills.

Responsibilities include concept generation, schematic design, and design development, ultimately leading to construction documentation/administration.

Suitable candidates will be highly motivated in contemporary, creative architecture and will desire to collaborate in a design-driven environment. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of high-end residential architectural design experience
• Demonstrated work experience with Interior Design and/or Architectural Firms
• Project management and strategic planning experience
• Proactivity and the ability to meet project timelines and client expectations are a must
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Word, and Excel, 3D Studio Max (not required but a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
• Residential experience
• Professional registration strongly suggested
• High-end luxury design and detailing skills
• Strong graphic and spatial skills
