job description:
Lead and manage residential design projects from concept to completion
Ensure designs align with zoning codes, building regulations, and sustainability goals
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the firm’s design culture
Prepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
qualifications:
professional degree in Architecture
5+ years of work experience, with a strong portfolio in residential design
strong design, communication, and project management skills
proficiency in ArchiCAD BIM modelling and Adobe suite
passion for housing, community improvement, and designing architecture that matters
