Job Summary: PM/PA takes primary responsibility for managing and orchestrating the work of the entire design team, consultants, code enforcement officials, suppliers and contractors, and may be the primary contact for the Owner. Project Managers assist in identifying opportunities, pursuing commissions, negotiating contracts and managing project finances.

Qualifications, Skills, Abilities: Project planning, organizing and staffing, project definition, work plan preparation, implementation and management, project directing and controlling, coordination, information and records, documentation, submittal and approvals, monitoring and control.
Education/Experience:
Architectural license required
Associate’s/Bachelor’s required
Experience, minimum 8 years in professional practice
Construction related experience preferred, not required
Portfolio required
References required (Clients, Contractors, and Consultants)
