You assist in the design and lead the production of construction documents for execution of mixed-use projects.
You manage complexity and inspire confidence with clear documentation through purposeful use of resources and time.
You lead the project quality reviews, including documentation coordination with consultants;
You coordinate with internal resources for production of the project manual and specifications; and
You conduct on-site observations and document site reviews.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture;
Architectural registration required;
5+ years of professional experience;
Mixed-Use, Multifamily or Workplace-Office project experience is required
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Experience resolving complex technical and design issues;
Understanding of how buildings are constructed and ability to create technical documents that succinctly, thoroughly and accurately describe the work to be done;
Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills;
Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures;
Self-starter and independent problem-solver;
A commitment to sustainability as a responsible business practice and approach to design; and
Proficiency in Revit required; SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
