ARCove, LLC seeks a licensed architect for the role of Project Manager / Architect III to implement and coordinate all project phases. Must be an innovative thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, a passionate self-starter effective in both team and independent environments, with attention to detail, commitment to quality, ability to multitask and meet schedules. This is an in-office position with occasional flexible remote work on a per job and experience level basis.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple small/medium projects, may act as a Project Architect under a Principal in Charge on larger projects.
Serve as day-to-day project client liaison to complete scope of work within schedule and budget to the client’s satisfaction. Provide documentation for clear communication to clients, consultants, and contractors. Assist principal in charge with determining scope of work for preparing proposals.
Give direction and technical guidance to project team. Actively manage project communications, design documentation, related administrative tasks, and team assignments.
Work with 3d models, drawings, and sketches to explore design solutions. Collaboratively develop design studies, presentation models and drawings. Implement the design intent and coordinate with the design team through all phases of the project.
Fluent in Revit. Understand and develop working drawings throughout all phases to support design intent. Produce and/or supervise production of construction drawings, specifications, and code review for permitting and construction documents. Assist or lead construction administration phase.
Working knowledge of materials specifications and ability to conduct product research.
Solid understanding of code and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in professional architecture office
Current architectural licensure is required, from the state of New Hampshire or another USA state with NCARB reciprocity eligibility.
Bachelor of Architecture, or Master of Architecture degree from a NAAB accredited school
Fluent in REVIT
Working knowledge of building and life safety codes, zoning and regulatory guidelines.
Working knowledge of specifications, materials, systems and product technologies.
3d graphics skills (such as Twinmotion, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam, etc)
