Job Summary The Program Manager – Facility Project Development is part of the Capital Facilities team and reports to the Assistant Director – Facilities and Capital Infrastructure.Duties include, but are not limited to:• Manages the Facilities Planning Team dedicated to facility planning and project development.• Oversees the initial planning and development phase of future CIP projects and assists leadership with improving the development of departmental policies and procedures related to facility planning and project development.• Works with internal project stakeholders to develop the needs assessment for projects and reports data to department leadership, County Administration, and the Board of Su
