Project Manager / Architect
Our Orlando based office is a multi-discipline architecture, planning, interior, and landscape architectural firm. We are a seeking full time, self-motivated Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to manage and develop architectural projects using AutoCAD or Revit. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
Responsibilities: •Manage and execute all aspects of architectural project delivery •Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project •Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards •Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire design/construction process •Manage staff and consultants assigned to projects •Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets •Proposal preparation and client presentations •Assist with marketing needs and client relations
Qualifications: •Licensed Architect preferred •Bachelor's degree in architecture •5+ years of experience in construction and architecture •Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills •Proficient in CAD systems (Revit preferred), Sketch-Up, Lumion, and other graphic software •Technical, managerial, and creative abilities are essential, including the ability to communicate both written and graphic concepts and ideas to diverse client groups
