Salary Details:
32 hours minimum, 40 hours maximum weekly. Excellent pay/benefits package, including competitive wages, health insurance coverage, paid vacations and holidays, paid sick leave, and yearly pay raises. Starting pay will be commensurate with experience.

THE POSITION:
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic architect, or designer on the path to licensure, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This candidate is a well-rounded critical thinker who balances a passion for design and commitment to sustainability with a strong technical understanding that will support Studio.e’s mission.

The work week will be 32 hours minimum and 40 hours maximum, although we are flexible about personal work schedules, allowing each one of us to structure our work hours to suit our personal preferences, needs, and family (or pet) life.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
ability to relocate, live and work in the Eugene, Oregon area; this is not a remote position
Bachelor or Master degree of Architecture from an accredited program
3 to 5 years of full-time professional experience in an architecture office
demonstrated understanding of small-scale residential and/or commercial construction technology
demonstrated proficiency in detailing construction documents for small-scale residential and/or commercial projects
proficient with Revit, (proficiency with SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office appreciated)
reliable, honest, ethical
can, when necessary, function independently, efficiently, and effectively to meet project deadlines
dedicated to collaboration with the project team in all aspects of design and project delivery
enthusiastic and passionate about the art and science of architecture and sustainable design
attentive listener and good communicator, with good verbal and written communication skills
flexible, able to pivot easily in response to team and project needs
easy-going, open-minded, with a sense of humor, and easy to get along with others
