Duties and activities include all phases of the architectural process, with areas of emphasis depending on the candidate's skill set.  SRW staff in this role typically engage in design work, 2d and 3d presentation materials, development of design (including necessary research), coordination with consultants, creation of construction documents and specifications, and construction phase site visits, preparation of CSK drawings, and so forth. 

SRW makes an effort to expose staff to all areas of the practice, and seeks to contribute to the professional growth of each team member.  Progress toward licensure is encouraged and supported.

1. Bachelor or master’s degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited institution preferred
2. 5-10 year’s experience in high-end residential architecture (experience in high-end commercial a plus)
3. Experience producing construction documents and managing projects
4. Strong understanding of building construction with a high attention to detail
5. Knowledge and experience with building codes, zoning regulations, permitting processes
6. Professional verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with Revit/Lumion/SketchUp a plus)
8. Licensed or working towards professional accreditation
