ODP is seeking an experienced candidates to serve as the Project Architect for High Rise mixed use projects. Candidates should capable of leading project teams in the production of design and construction documentation as well as Construction Administration. The successful candidate will have proven ability to work on and lead multiple projects, be able use independent judgment in creating design solutions and technical documentation. Candidate will be responsible for client and sub consultant relations and be expected to be the point person for all communications.The candidate must possess and illustrate excellent communications skills with a proactive approach and leadership qualities to work with project teams. Must have in-depth working knowledge of current ICC Building codes
