MODE4 Architecture, PLLC is a growing, award-winning, full service residential design studio. We have been creating custom residential and small commercial designs for 11 years. Our goal is to produce creative and inspirational work. To achieve this goal we place great value in the design process, with thoughtful solutions and thoroughly detailed drawings. We work closely with our clients through all project phases, including schematic design, design development, 3D and VR modeling, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. We are intentionally a “small-size” design firm with only a handful of designers and architects, allowing us to focus on details, remain accessible and accountable to our clients, and provide a hands-on approach through the entire design process. Our firm focuses mainly on residential and small commercial projects, comprising new homes, renovations, additions, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation projects, IT offices, cafés, et al. Our work includes both single-family and multi-family homes.
