Responsibilities: Support company purpose & mission; take direction from and report to Principal-in-Charge; lead collaborative project teams; coordinate client interface; manage engineering and specialty consultants; coordinate with authorities-having-jurisdiction; manage and produce drawings and specifications; manage construction period services; facilitate warranty and performance period services; accommodate monthly out-of-town travel (typically three days and two nights).
