Full time architectural project manager, based in our Tribeca-Manhattan office for projects throughout the 5 boroughs focused on exterior envelope / LL11-FISP / roofing or  window replacement, facade repair, landmarks restoration, rehab and/or adaptive re-use projects for existing buildings- public schools, colleges, courts, libraries, multi-family housing, condos and coops. Must have experience in investigating and evaluating existing conditions, preparing appropriate scope and recommendations, exploring design options and remedial solutions, writing technical specifications and developing thorough architectural details and complete construction documents.
