Responsible for directing and coordinating sales efforts in the region to achieve established objectives. Also, to expand market share through properly aligned sales/marketing strategies and achieve optimum profits compatible with business plan and company strategies.  Accountable for providing guidance to Architectural Sales Representatives and analyzing/appraising the effectiveness of their operations.  Ensure that the region’s sales efforts are aligned with company strategies and sales goals.
