About the Position

R3A Architecture is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to help drive the firm’s financial success by managing the firm’s bookkeeping, accounting, and project financial life cycle for a team of creative professionals.    

Role and Responsibilities

• Financial, bookkeeping and accounting operations including invoicing, collections, cash flow management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial controls, budget projections
• Compile and provide financial and project reports, KPIs, to internal firm leadership and external financial partners as required
• Assist project managers with project financial setup and ongoing maintenance, fee information, consultant information, tracking and analysis of project performance, project budgeting and relevant analytics
• Provide tax reporting information to external CPA
• Coordinate with external payroll and benefits administrator
• Should be experienced in or able to quickly become familiar with Deltek Ajera project accounting and management software

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years experience, in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Superior verbal and written communication ability
• Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to multitask
• Confident, engaging, proactive and collaborative
• Technology savvy with business and financial software, such as Deltek Ajera, Quickbooks, Excel.  Additional training is available if necessary.
