IHB Architects is IMMEDIATELY seeking a qualified Drafter / Designer to work in our growing Kent office. We are looking for team-oriented, self-motivated individuals to join a collaborative, fun and casual work environment. IHB Architects is focused on a variety of private market types including: medium to large multi-family and mixed-use projects, hotels, townhomes, high-end custom homes, churches, developer feasibility studies and more.
MUST HAVE ARCHITECTURE EXPERIENCE (engineering experience DOES NOT qualify) Email a cover letter with resume, and some sample pages of your work.

Minimum Qualifications: - 5-10 years min. experience in architecture professional practice (working in an architect's office) - Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD REQUIRED - Proficiency with SketchUp HIGHLY DESIRABLE - Experience with 5/2 multi-family projects HIGHLY DESIRABLE - Experience with feasibility studies a PLUS - Experience with single-family residences a PLUS - Proven time-management and multi-tasking ability - Strong technical skills with design sensibility
