Design Collective, Inc. is looking for energetic Architects/Project Managers with five to seven plus years’ experience for our new office space at our Baltimore office.

Qualifications:
Licensed Architect strongly preferred
Ability to lead project from beginning to end
5-7 plus years of architectural experience
Possess high level of proficiency in Revit
Be well versed in sustainable design and Construction Documentation
Must be highly adept working within a team-oriented studio environment
Understanding of client relations, planning, budgeting, and execution of work concepts
The ability to effectively manage and maintain client relationships
The ideal candidate(s) will have the ability to design and manage projects from beginning to end. Meeting with clients, consultants, contractors, and all project stakeholders throughout the design process. The ideal candidate(s) is capable and well versed in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including project scheduling, budgets, and project set-up.
Have the capability of working on K12 and higher education as well as other project types within a very diversified firm
Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support, positive, long-term relationship building
Responsible for planning the project, directing, and supervising all architectural team members, coordination of consultants on studies, design, and construction documents of various scale projects
Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design; Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and through Construction Administration
