What are we looking for?
A highly motivated and talented project manager with a passion for all phases of design. This person would manage one or more projects from initial conceptual design through construction administration in a collaborative team setting. They would also need keen interest in design and working understanding of how people experience and use space; as well as a solid background in codes and how buildings are put together.

What will you do?
- Participate in all phases of the project
- Meet with clients and consultants demonstrating a high degree of professionalism
- Manage project schedule and internal and external budgets
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Lead and participate with a team of architects, designers, and consultants
- Prepare construction documents and other deliverables for city submittals
- Supervise the preparation of and check the accuracy of construction documents
- Manage and review RFI’s and Submittals
- Conduct site visits and participate in OAC meetings
What qualifications do you need?
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited University
- 6+ years of experience
- Healthcare, Hospitality and/or multi-family experience is a plus
- Licensure is a plus
- Proficiency with Revit is required. Experience with Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
