Designer II (Boston, MA) - Full Time. Plan & dsgn structures, such as commercial & office buildings, & other structural property. Prepare scale drawings or architectural dsgns, using computer-aided dsgn or other tools. Prepare detailed drawings of architectural dsgns with computations & plans including the community, cultural, & education dsgn practice. Compile data & assist in production of dsgn amendments, addenda & bulletins. Perform site analysis & assist in construction administration. Utilize technical skills in Autodesk Products (Revit & AutoCAD Architecture), Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, 3D Visualization, Lumion & Architectural Graphic Standards. Supervised by licensed architect. Bachelor's of Architecture (or foreign educational equiv) or closely related architectural field plus 12 mos of exp in job offd or as Project Designer or closely related reqd. Past 12 mos of exp (full 12 mos) must include exp working with architectural projects with a primary focus devoted to community driven dsgn process, cultural & education buildings practice, preparing dsgn options with architectural computation, & working with Autodesk Products (Revit & AutoCAD Architecture), Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, 3D Visualization, Lumion & Architectural Graphic Standards.
