Axis Building Envelope, Inc., a provider of waterproofing design, inspection and testing services for the residential, multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, government and industrial construction industry, is looking to fill an outbound business-to-business (B2B) sales and marketing.

What You'll Be Doing:
You will sell Axis Building Envelope’s solutions and services in an outbound prospecting environment.
Identify and qualify business opportunities through prospecting activities.
Conduct 20-50 outreaches per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.)
Prospecting for new leads via purchased lists, social platforms, trade shows, and the CRM.
Attending tradeshows, setting up booths and provide information on Company.
Educating prospects on Axis Building Envelope’s services and capabilities.
Achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduled demonstration goals as defined by management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Desire to hunt and prospect for sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing
Sales experience in construction, or other trade-related industry experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
Self-starter who is highly motivated
Ability to work as a team member and effectively communicate with different levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver results
