Who we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will need to assist the Design Department Manager and Architects in the execution of assignments to help reach the end goal of specific projects.

Our ideal candidate would have 3 or more years drafting in commercial construction. However, we would consider someone with other significant architectural drafting experience. Proficiency in producing construction documents using AutoCAD is essential. Candidates must have experience generating documents from design sketches through complete construction documents. This is a position that requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and assist, to help complete projects in a timely fashion.

You need to have

• 3+ years of design & construction drawing experience
• Skill in computer-aided drafting design software along with demonstrated competence in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong technical background and creative skills
• Work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment to support design and construction document preparation.
• Ability to determine and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in our industry
