Who we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will need to assist the Design Department Manager in the execution of assignments to help reach the end goal of specific projects. Our ideal candidate would have 7 or more years of design in commercial and industrial construction. Proficiency in producing construction documents using AutoCAD is essential. Candidates must have experience generating documents from design sketches through complete construction documents. This is a position that requires a strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a team environment, and a willingness to adapt & learn, to help complete projects in a timely fashion.

This position is located in beautiful Medford, Oregon. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

You need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Valid Oregon Architecture License or NCARB Certified
• Knowledge and application of architectural principles, techniques, and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, rules, statutes, and codes pertaining to design and construction of commercial and industrial buildings.
• Skill in computer-aided drafting design software along with demonstrated competence in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong technical background and creative skills.
• Ability to determine and meet deadlines.

• Can work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment to support design and construction document preparation.
• Are comfortable communicating with clients/consultants.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
