Hummel Architects has an immediate opening for an Architectural Project Manager.

As a Project Manager at Hummel, you must have the ability to plan and direct all aspects of a project to ensure its success. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of project types and sizes with a dynamic, growing firm. Hummel has a multiple year project backlog providing exciting opportunities to lead large scale Healthcare, Higher Ed, and multi-use high rise buildings.

Required Skills / Responsibilities:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in architecture
• 3+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Lead a team of architects and designers through every phase of the project.
• Responsible for project technical aspects including schedule, budget and specifications, detailing and Quality Control
• Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam
• Coordination with client, consultants, contractors and internal project groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
• Provide mentoring to junior staff
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain schedules
• Strong time management and attention to detail
