As an Architectural Project Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Lead/manage design project teams (including engineering consultants) to deliver successful projects on budget, on schedule, on mission, and meet client and firm quality standards.

Successfully manage client relationships

- Day-to-day client interface

- Develop/earn client trust

- Ensure long-term client relationships

Coordinate with firm leadership and other project managers

- Allocate staff resources

- Ensure profitable staff utilization 

- Assist other projects as needed

Architectural drafting (applicants must be proficient in Autodesk Revit)

Architectural review and redlining

Minimum Qualifications:

5 year’s experience as an architectural project manager /architect

Healthcare project experience preferred but not required

Capable of and responsible for project budget, schedule, and quality

Capable of earning client trust and long-term relationships

Capable of leading/managing an internal project team 

Collaborative team player

Organized & focused 

Motivated & self-directed 

Decisive & confident

Professional & personable

Professional Architecture Degree preferred but not required

Utah license or NCARB certification preferred but not required
