Intermediate Architect/Designer – Commercial/ Retail

KCG-Architects are seeking an Intermediate Architect/ Designer for commercial projects and retail projects nationwide.

The position comprises project development from initial code review, schematic design through Contract Documents and construction phase project close-out.

Our collaborative approach fosters learning and exposure to all project stages, providing excellent professional growth opportunity.

The position is full-time in-office at our northern New Jersey based office in Bergen County. Some travel may be required for on-site field survey measurement work.

Skills & Experience Required

• B-Arch, M-Arch degree
• 6~8 years of experience working for an architectural firm
• Strong AutoCAD construction documents drafting experience. Revit experience is a plus
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) proficiency
• 3D Studio Max proficiency and presentation rendering skills
• Must have clear concise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
