We are growing and seeking a driven, passionate, and energetic soul to join our team as a Senior Architect and Project Manager. Our studio projects focus on high-performance green buildings of all types including commercial, residential, institutional, and affordable housing in both new-build and renovation contexts.

Great communication, writing, and editing skills.
Excellent presentation preparation skills with strong graphic sensibilities.
Interest in actively assisting in business development, including preparation of project proposals, interviews, and assembly of consultant teams.
Experience in project delivery through construction including:
Client management and communication including contracts, project budgets, and schedules.
Internal team management including workflow, staffing, and coordination of deliverables.
Coordination of consultant team members relative to project milestones.
Construction Administration.
Requirements:
Licensed Architect with 6-12 years of professional experience
LEED AP or other sustainability certifications, such as Living Building Challenge, Passive House, and the Well Building Standards
Strong knowledge base around IBC and Chicago Building Code
Proficiency in Revit and Rhino/Sketchup
Proficiency in all Adobe Creative Suite software
