Who we are:

Design Studio Architects is a boutique sized firm located in historic downtown Littleton, within easy walking distance of all the local restaurants, coffee and retail shops that give it its great small-town feel! We currently have six handpicked professionals in-office and are looking to add one-two more to the mix! We are a friendly, open, and highly collaborative office enjoying and encouraging of the studio atmosphere. DSA is a dog and hobby friendly office, everyone has their own interests, and we love to hear about them!

We encourage growth and continuous learning through lunch and learns, site visits, and constant exposure to all phases of the construction process in the office. DSA is also encouraging of up-and-coming professionals intending to become licensed and are willing to work with enrolled students on having flexible schedules and achieving their NCARB hours.

What we do:

While our office may be small, we have no shortage of work due to our wide variety of projects. Ranging from local single-family garage buildouts to commercial projects, all the way to national, 300+ unit multi-family projects, our office does it all. Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat-customers, so we are well ingrained into the Denver and Phoenix architectural community.

What we are looking for:

• Architectural Designer & Job Captain
  • 0-5 years professional working and Revit experience with knowledge of (or exposure to) the construction process and industry standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work individually as well as in a team environment
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

What you can expect to be doing/responsible for:

Anything from preparing Revit models and drawing sets to being involved in marketing and social media management. Being a small office, your responsibilities will vary day to day as deadlines come and go. You’ll likely be given one or two large projects to focus on but be prepared to assist other studio members as needed. You will be under the mentorship and guidance of a Project Architect along the way.

You can expect to be working in Revit! It is important to have a working and experienced knowledge of the program while being flexible enough to adjust to company standards and practices. However, being a small firm, we’re always learning from each other, so also expect being able to impact how we do things.
