Little is seeking a passionate and highly capable Mixed Use Studio Principal for the Carolinas, located in our Durham, NC office. Specific emphasis and responsibility for this position is someone who is engaged on key projects, in front of our clients providing thought leadership and guidance, and always puts their team members first. Projects in this studio include base building, corporate headquarters, adaptive reuse, master planning, and mixed-use projects for commercial and institutional developers, as well as private companies. This position is a part of our National Commercial Mixed Use | Workplace Practice Group where the mission is to share best practices, thought leadership, and resources across our footprint as one unified team.
