The successful candidate has experience providing technical architectural support and QAQC to Project Teams, brings aspirations to grow with the company, and positively impact the communities in which we work.
The Intermediate to Advanced Technical Architect (5+ years of experience) responsibilities include managing and overseeing the architectural detailing of a variety of commercial projects, providing quality control and redlines, coordinating with and mentoring junior team members, and managing projects through construction administration phases. Understanding of project management skills such as project schedule, workflow, deadlines, deliverables, and effective client communication will also lead to success in the role. Experience in multi-story hospitality and multi-family projects is a desirable.
This is a full-time position with a base salary commensurate with experience. A full benefits package, along with the firm’s vacation practices are available.
Compensation:
Salary range for this position is $70,000 - 90,000+ depending on experience.

Submittal of portfolio is optional, though during the interview process candidates should be prepared to offer examples of construction documents, architectural detailing, and/or documents showing quality control/redlining process.
Qualifications for this position include:
- An accredited professional architecture degree (B.Arch. or M.Arch)
- English language proficiency
- Five or more years of professional architecture firm experience specific to architectural detailing and construction document development.
- Experience working in Revit.
In addition, candidates should have well-developed interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
