Responsibilities: Performs assignments utilizing professional architectural work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related architectural tasks; Perform checking of one’s own work and work prepared by drafters, designers; Provide coordination of all applicable project discipline’s drawings and specifications; Prepares reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates and permits for projects. Develop solutions to technical and design problems; and Perform code research and analysis of local, state, and federal codes to ensure code compliance.
