SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring projects and programs comply with contracts, designs, scopes, budgets, and schedules. Implements projects and programs through diverse teams, defines and develops project scopes, and directs project resources. Helps identify and execute the planning and tasks required for successful project management of a variety of project types.
