Ten or more years’ experience, licensure preferred but not required, with a professional degree in architecture from an accredited program. An ideal applicant designs and plans for all phases of projects and coordinates building design consultants while monitoring drawings. Can develop solutions, create project designs and plans, and initiate and create project designs and plans for one or more projects throughout all phases. Must be responsible for preparing presentation and design drawings. Can coordinate all trades and agencies related to building design while monitoring drawing production. Exhibits 10 or more years of experience in all phases of architecture and engineering, including substantial and varied experience in project planning. Responsible for creating conceptual and schematic designs for multiple ongoing projects of varied size and providing design guidance to multiple design team members. Responsible for meeting and managing deadlines.
