Position Description The Manager of Architecture reports to the Principals. This position bridges creative design with practical construction, provides technical design leadership, and in-house quality control for all projects.  The Manager of Architecture will create, promote, and participate in the management of BIM standards and reinforce the firm’s commitment to advancing our use of technology with respect to the design process, presentations, and production of documents.  This person is responsible for mentoring the design team through the FDG design process, demonstrating “best practices” related to client/consultant management, and reinforcing the FDG culture and brand.
