 Position:

As an Intermediate Designer, you will be participating in a variety of tasks from developing concept design drawings to assisting in producing detailed construction document sets through construction administration. You will have the opportunity to gain professional growth through all phases of design.

Expectations:

• Keen eye and comprehensive understanding of the process of architectural design
• Extremely organized and very meticulous
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and milestones from all stage of design
• Prepare and produce professional cohesive presentations
• Execute red-marked revisions for construction documentation
• Coordinate with consultants if needed

Requirements:

• Accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 2 to 5 years of office experience
• High proficiency in AutoCad and knowledge of digital organization of files
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software, i.e. SketchUp, Revit and Lumion
• Highly skilled in Graphic Design
• Demonstrate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in Construction Documentation is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
• Ability to work independently, willing to learn from peers alike, and detail oriented
• Legal working status is in the United States (required)
