Agile Product and CRM Owner in Washington DC to help define/direct/launch digital systems products; drive stakeholder engagement in systems development; product definition & improvement; work with stakeholders to establish product roadmaps; lead software product definition & improvement to maximize product value; system analysis, design & development; manage/prioritize software system product backlog; document system requirements in form of stories; use expertise in Agile development processes/software, user interface design, and business need to help define, direct, & launch select AIA software products; support system user acceptance activities; work with stakeholders to establish system product roadmaps; ensure acceptance criteria are met. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) and Training and Experience:

• Reqs: Master’s in Information Technology or equiv; at least 2 yrs exp in software development, developing/analyzing user stories and using Agile/Scrum, and Atlassian Tool Suite or similar team-based suite (exp can be gained concurrently); knowledge of planning and delivering complex digital solutions and human-centered design methodologies & product development.
