POSITION TITLE: Project Architect

POSITION SUMMARY:

CSArch, an A/E firm with offices in Albany and Newburgh, NY is currently seeking a Project Architect for our Albany office to lead project teams of other passionate design professionals. Ideal candidate should have at least 6-10 years of experience, educational project experience preferred, and the ability to lead projects and mentor other staff. The successful candidate should possess at minimum a Bachelor of Architecture and be licensed to practice in New York State. Ability to work in Revit is a plus. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment with engineers and other building systems professionals. CSArch has a remote work policy permitting part of the work week to be remote.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• design development of K-12, college/university and corporate office market segments
• construction document and specification development
• construction administration (submittals RFIs)
• communication skills with construction teams
• building inspections
• technical report writing

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 6-10 years of experience

· Bachelor of Architecture and licensed in New York State

· Computer expertise using Revit and other design/presentation software programs

· Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
