There is an immediate need for a full-time project manager to oversee new and ongoing civic and retail projects. The position may include some residential project management as well. Candidates should ideally have 4 to 10 years of experience with demonstrated project management skills. The Project Manager simultaneously manages multiple projects, approaches, engages and manages consultants, has strong construction detailing experience, and the ability to direct and edit content and organization of working drawings. The Project Manager prepares strategic plans for project success, is responsible for coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. The Project Manager serves as one of the primary client liaisons to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. The Project Manager actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; oversees office administrative tasks, project team assignments, staff and timesheets. The Project Manager assists the Principal in determining scope of work, and preparing proposals and contracts.

• Degree in Architecture (BArch, March, or Architectural Technology)
• strong ACAD skills a must
• photoshop or other rendering capabilities a plus
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills
• Ability to confidently work with team and managers on multiple projects
• Registration not essential but a plus
• Permanent legal US work status
