Elements of Architecture (Elements) was founded 26 years ago by Debbie Fulwiler, AIA.  We are located in Near Southside District of Fort Worth, Texas, a pedestrian oriented enclave that is home to many multi-family developments, small businesses, bars, and restaurants.  Elements provides architecture services to public and private clients located in Texas and surrounding states.  We are a small, tight-knit group that ingrains collaboration in our employees.  Due to work volume increases, we are looking for an organized, highly motivated Senior Project Manager capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.   

This person should contribute significant knowledge and expertise to the organic development and financial and professional growth of the organization.  Provides leadership, management, guidance and inspiration to others to meet the firm’s goals and mission.  Assures projects are successful and profitable. Contributes to the development of new business opportunities and the loyalty of current clients.

Education – A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a 4/5 year college or university.  

Work Experience - Typically, 10 or more years progressive experience coordinating technical efforts of project teams on a variety of technically challenging projects.  Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others, strength in specific architectural or business function and demonstrated project management success.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Thorough knowledge of relevant governmental regulations, building codes, construction documents and contract administration.
• Knowledge of general business, human resources and business development policies, so that proactive, well managed responses characterize results.
• Ability to contribute to organizational goals and to direct their implementation.
• Ability to communicate persuasively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively solve problems of a complex nature and to be self-directed.
• Ability to present a positive and professional image to clients, staff and community through dress suitable to the position and courteous, effective, verbal and written communications.
• Effective communication skills to manage the project, client and consultants.
• Maintains membership in professional organizations.
• Knowledge of architectural and sustainable design techniques and ability to apply those techniques.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations – A professional architecture license is required.
