ABOUT YOU:

• Experienced. (5+ years of commercial design experience, including master planning & mixed-use developments; licensed preferred)
• Talented. (sound design fundamentals, quality hand drawing, 3D design software proficiency)
• Technically skilled. (technical understanding of building systems, codes, and construction documentation)
• Team-oriented. (successful collaborator in a high-energy design team environment)
• Proficient. (Required: SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam)
• Dedicated. (able to go above-and-beyond to meet aggressive schedules & deliverables)
• Passionate.
