SITELAB urban studio is looking fora senior or intermediate urban designer to join our San Francisco team. Our ideal candidate has experience working on strategic and urban design projects in the US, with an ability to weave together pragmatism and vision. We are a fast-paced office and are looking for someone who is a thinker, curious, engaged, team-oriented, ready for a challenge, has a sense of humor and is driven by making equitable, inclusive communities.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 5-10 years post-degree working experience—including managing projects and leading design direction. Based on current project needs, desired professional experience includes leading massing studies, managing development program tables, navigating building and planning codes, facilitating client meetings, and pursuing new projects. Fluency in AutoCAD,Rhinoceros, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel is required. A master’s degree in urban design, city planning, architecture, or landscape architecture (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Responsibilities and salary commensurate with experience.
