VLK Architects is seeking Project Architects across our 5 offices in Texas due to the high growth and expansion we are experiencing. This position will manage the design and production process of a project, coordinate consultant documents, lead client meetings, and oversee the project team in the documentation of project deliverables. The ideal candidate has documented experience leading and mentoring project teams, has analytical problem-solving abilities, and is an organized individual.

• Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited University
• Registered Architect
• Self-motivated, team player with analytical problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communicator with relationship management skills.
• Works at a well under pressure and adjusts work accordingly to meet deadlines.
• Resolves conflict effectively and encourages a healthy team environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working in an Architecture firm, 3 years leading projects.
• Experience in K-12, Higher Ed, and Commercial market sectors is preferred
• Proficiency with relevant software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe products, MS Office, and MS Teams.
