The manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all internal and external communications for components (chapters), including but not limited to e-newsletters, website content management, presentations, social media, and other initiatives as assigned. The manager will work on strengthening and furthering engagement opportunities with components. This includes developing workshops and roundtable discussions for components, preparing and analyzing component surveys and evaluations, and developing other engagement opportunities as needed. The manager will work closely with internal staff from Technology, Brand & Engagement, Meetings, and Content Governance, as well as externally with volunteer leaders and component staff to develop a consistent and effective information sharing pla
